About Me

Once upon a time, I had a very bad day that lasted for about ten years. Now I spend my time trying to help others through their bad days.
The Scientist Practitioner
I was trained using the Scientist-Practitioner Model. The scientist-practitioner model is based on the belief that the best psychological practice is rooted in the scientific method, and that scientific inquiry is necessary to advance the field of psychology.
